I, Larry Coble, am the owner and operator of my own boat.  I enjoy fishing as
much as you, my customer, enjoys fishing.  I want to make your trip enjoyable
and I want you to come back to fish with me year after year.  That is why I
strive to make your trip, "Quality time on the water!"

I started fishing in the area of Southport NC in the 1950's with my Dad.
He had a 12 foot plywood boat with a 12 hp Wizard motor.  We fished every
creek and slew in the area.  I am a sober, non-smoking who has fished in this area for many years.  I think I  have a lot of fishing knowledge and will do my
very best to help you catch some fish.

MY WAY Charters, Inc. was formed in 1995, to promote family fishing in
the Southport - Oak Island NC area.  Therefore, women and children are always
welcome on my boat.

When I started MY WAY Charters, I decided that,
"If it wasn't fun I didn't want to do it".  That means if the water's 
too rough, or it's too windy to have fun fishing, or the weather forecast is calling for bad weather, I will tell you before we leave the dock.  That doesn't mean that the weather may not turn nasty while we are fishing because the weatherman didn't know what he was doing that morning.  I will try to advise you based on my experience what to expect.  I want repeat customers and if I take you out on a
bad day, more than likely you will not go with me again.  I would rather cancel the trip than have you experience a miserable time.

I am not like some fishing charter Captains, I can only promise you a boat ride,
but I will do my very best to find and help you catch fish.  I can't promise that
you will catch fish or a particular kind of fish.  I will do every thing in my power to find fish but, sometimes, they just won't bite.  As you may know, that's why they call it fishing rather than catching.
